The best gym in Portland is the one you keep showing up to. Corvi tracks verified check-ins, streaks, and milestones, and it shows you where your friends train, which makes it a lot harder to skip Tuesday.
Corvi is free, and Portland is our home turf. Join, log your first class, and start a streak worth protecting.
Greater Portland has a mix of group training studios (Reframe, F45, Orangetheory), dedicated strength gyms (Harbor Strength Co., Iron Legion in Westbrook), personal training studios (Back Cove Personal Fitness, The Exercise Coach, RYZE in Gorham), and hybrid studios that blend strength with Pilates or yoga.
It varies widely by format. Traditional gym access tends to be the least expensive, group training studios like F45 and Orangetheory usually price per month or per class pack, and personal training costs the most per session. Most gyms on this list post pricing on their sites or offer an intro session, so it is worth trying two or three before committing.
Reframe, F45, Orangetheory, and btone are class-based: you book a time slot and train as a group with a coach. If you prefer training on your own schedule, Old Port Fitness and Foley's Fitness in Scarborough are better fits.
Yes, the Portland area has several CrossFit affiliates, though they run on their own booking platforms and are not yet in our tracked list. This page covers the strength and group fitness gyms we track today, and we add new gyms as they come online in Corvi.
Track every class, keep your streak alive, and see where your friends are working out. Corvi is free.
